Dr. Lisa Nash is the Designated Institutional Officer and the Program Director for the Traditional Rotating Internship Program at Weatherford Regional Medical Center in Weatherford, Texas. She also serves as Associate Dean for Educational Programs at the University of North Texas Health Science Center/Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine and as an Associate Professor for Family Medicine in Fort Worth, TX. Originally from Brock, TX, Dr. Nash completed a Pre-Med Studies at Weatherford College, a BS in Biology with a Minor in Chemistry from Texas Christian University in 1987 before earning her DO at UNTHSC/TCOM. She completed an Internship and a Family Medicine Residency in 1992 and 1994 respectively at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Texas in Fort Worth. She also completed a Master of Science Degree in Health Professions Education from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institue for the Health Professions in Boston, MA in 2013. She has been actively working in Medical Education since 1996.
