2014 LGMC Auxiliary Annual Scholarship Awards

Lake Granbury Medical Center’s Auxiliary proudly announces that it is accepting applications for its 2014 LGMC Auxiliary Annual Scholarship. Qualified applicants can be residents of Hood County and Pecan Plantation and/or LGMC employees, who are pursuing healthcare related careers.
Applications are available in the LGMC Gift Shop Monday thru Friday, from 8am to 4pm. You may also access the application under the Volunteering section of the Community page on the hospital website - LakeGranburyMedicalCenter.com
Completed Applications and supporting documents must be sent to the attention of the “Scholarship Committee” and returned to the LGMC Gift Shop or mailed to:

The deadline is April 14th, 2014. Scholarships will be awarded to those applicants who are enrolled or are planning to enroll as a student in a health care field.
The purpose of the Lake Granbury Medical Center Auxiliary is to provide assistance with educational programs, scholarships, and non-revenue producing items at LGMC for the benefit of patients, families, and the community at large. The members provide handmade bonnets for newborns, maintain and work the LGMC gift shop, and provide friendly faces for all that enter the hospital. LGMC is very grateful for the time and talent Auxiliary Members donate. On average, they provide over 18,000 hours of service each year.
