Lakeside Physicians & Lake Granbury Medical Center Provides Free Student Physicals for Granbury ISD, Continuing 15+ Year Community Tradition

GRANBURY, Texas – Lakeside Physicians and Lake Granbury Medical Center are continuing their long-standing commitment to student health by providing free physicals to Granbury Independent School District students this spring-at no cost to families or schools.

On May 4, Lakeside Physicians & Lake Granbury Medical Center hosted students from Acton Elementary School, providing physicals to more than 200 students by 11 a.m. The effort is part of an annual outreach program that has supported local students for more than 15 years.

The initiative helps ensure students are prepared to participate in school activities, including athletics and extracurricular programs, by removing financial and access barriers to required physical exams.

“We believe every student should have the opportunity to participate in school activities without barriers,” said Curt Junkins, CEO. “Providing these physicals each year is one small way we can support the health, confidence, and future of the kids in our community—and we’re honored to do it.”

Lakeside Physicians and Lake Granbury Medical Center will continue offering free student physicals at additional campuses in the coming days:

Granbury Middle School – May 6
Granbury High School – May 12
