Lakeside Physicians Celebrates 13th Year of Providing Free Student Physicals for Granbury ISD

Lakeside Physicians is proud to announce the successful completion of its 13th consecutive year of providing free student physicals to Granbury ISD students, serving over 1,300 students in 2025.

This annual tradition reflects a longstanding commitment to community health and student well-being. Thanks to the collaborative efforts between Lakeside’s dedicated medical team, Granbury ISD leadership, and the tireless support of teachers, coaches, and school staff, hundreds of local families received trusted, compassionate care at no cost.

“Providing these physicals is more than a service — it's a mission we’re proud to uphold,” said Curt M. Junkins, CEO at Lake Granbury Medical Center. “For 13 years, we’ve stood alongside Granbury ISD to support student health, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue this meaningful tradition.”

The annual school physicals ensure that student-athletes and participants in school activities meet health requirements, while also helping families in the community save on out-of-pocket healthcare expenses.
